A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO....
Polynesian Shores 101. Is a truly magnificent oceanfront ground floor condo. Enjoy a nice tropical drink on your private wrap around lanai. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by cool tile floors, take a few steps into the open design of the living room, dining area and kitchen which are angle for you to enjoy our magnificent grounds and the vast Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, to prepare meals or beach snacks. You can enjoy the large screen TV in the living room, or just sit back and enjoy a nice book, either way you will feel right at home. This condo sleeps up to six guest comfortably. This is a two bedroom condo the master bedroom has a comy king size bed, with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper. There is another main bathroom located in the hallway. Join new friends and neighbors on the ocean's edge for pupu's and Mai Tai's at sunset.

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....
Polynesian Shores is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious mean on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We are family friendly resort. We also have free parking for each condo, free internet, and an onsite laundry room, bring your own laundry soap & quarters. This is a smoke/vape free property.

WHERE ARE WE...
Our property is direct oceanfront property with unobstructed ocean views, located between the beautiful resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Honokowai, is special little neighborhood, many people pass by and wave a "shaka" at you! You can walk to local bars, restaurants, and Farmers Market Maui, which sells fresh organic local produce. A large times market and a food truck park. There's places to rent beach gear, mopeds, all within walking distance. We are close to several beach parks and world famous golf courses, located both up and down the coast. Only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka'anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER!
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

    Rented three units for a week-long family vacation. Reserved early to get preferred location (oceanfront corner). Overall, very enjoyable. Property is very well maintained and was ready for our arrival. Kids loved the large grass lawn for games. Pool area secured by a convenient gate so no worries. Our units were spotless and well stocked with the basics. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place having all the necessities without the unnecessary frills.

    Stay in March 2023. Condo was perfect for my Family. 4 adults' and 2 toddlers.
    Pros: Its beautiful, quite, turtles everywhere, you can watch the whales, condo was cozy, not to small.

    Cons: beds were a little hard. and we had 2 cars and you can only have 1. Really that's al I have everything was amazing

    We've stayed at Polynesian Shores for 9 years now. Stayed in many different units and this is our favorite! The views are amazing and we loved listening to the ocean. We had several guests around the complex ask about it too! I will always give this unit and complex 5 stars- we have a truly fantastic time staying here! An updated bathroom with better lighting would be my only suggestion.

    Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Polynesian Shores. We were lucky to stay in unit 101 which is a ground level end unit. We were the closest unit to the ocean. Words can't describe how amazing it was to wake up and see whales and sea turtles from our windows/patio. The condo is as advertised. It had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of space for 4 adults. The condo was clean upon arrival, and the front staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is beautiful. It felt just the right size and the other guests all respected the house rules. It is also in a nice, walkable area close to shops and beaches. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will remember it always!

    We stay here because it’s close to family that live on Maui. We’ve stayed in 101 before and not much has changed on the inside. Main bed was comfortable (cal. king turned sideways). The bathroom is very small (not for the big & tall). Waves were really loud because the water is super close. 2nd bedroom was set up with 2 twins. 1 out of 2 kids slept there (other slept on sofa bed in living room). Hall bathroom is small also. Living room was comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Tight quarters there too. Ground level lanai was awesome to watch the sunsets. BBQ grills were good to use. Pool and spa were nice. Overall, 8/10 stars because the unit needs to be updated/remodeled. Property management is onsite and eager to help if there was problems. Laundry was onsite as well but not in the condo.

    We've been to Hawaii 4 times. The stay at Polynesian Shores Resort is the best. We had the ocean front room which is only a few steps from the Shore, although I think every room has an ocean view. Good for snorkeling, just have to careful with the rocks. We saw giant sea turtles a few times. No AC needed at all. So peaceful and exciting at the same time!

    Polynesian shores unit 101 was amazing. The corner unit had perfect views of the beautiful ocean and rocky shore. The unit doesn't have a/c and it was a little warm at times but being on ground level and sleeping with the windows open made it fine. Loved that their aren't hundreds of condos. Very cozy, family like atmosphere. Only thing I would suggest would be for the pool to stay open at least until 10. By the time we got done with dinner we didn't have much time for an evening swim. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    This part of Maui is our favorite and the Polynesian Shores is a gorgeous property! The well tended tropical grounds, the pool and hot tub, and the location of Unit 101 will not disappoint! We traveled with our children ranging in age from 7 to 19, and the property was perfect for us all! You truly can't be closer to the ocean! We wish it had better proximity to a sandy beach, but that is always up to Mother Nature in Maui!

    This property is in a terrific location. Our condo was on the bottom level. You can walk right out onto the patio and the ocean is right there. The condo was clean and we felt right at home. It had all the amenities we needed. The property itself is gorgeous, and well maintained. I especially loved the torches that were lit every night. The manager(Bree) was great. Her communication was on point. I would definitely recommend Polynesian Shores, and can't wait to come back.

    This unit is the perfect location. With almost panoramic views it can't be beat.
    It's a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil imaginable. Stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels,and bedding. Love having the laundry room on the property especially with our 30 day stay. We have been coming here for 5 years and love the staff and meeting new people. It's our home away from home. Watching the whales and turtles is an added treat. The pool is always clean and refreshing. We use it often. Great location for just about anywhere you want to explore. The grounds are well kept and lovely. We had to wrestle with the sliding screen doors but upgrades are on the way as the units been sold. All around great place.

    We had a great stay in unit 101 - lots of space for us and our two teenagers. The condo was clean and had all of the kitchen amenities we needed. Loved gathering with others to watch the sun set, with drinks in hand.

    We loved unit 101, right on the corner with the trade winds blowing and the sound of the ocean waves. The ground level unit was also great for walking out with morning coffee to watch the turtle activity along the shore and quick access to the pool. Overall the complex is very clean, beautiful gardens with orchids, plumeria and other happy, tropical plants. The property managent, Bree and Jeff were both very friendly, helpful and accommodating! There is no doubt we will come again to the same spot.
    Some suggestions for unit 101: provide beach chairs, body boards and snorkel gear and more beach towels:) the unit was well stocked and comfortable, but slightly dated.

    My family has stayed at the Polynesian Shores for years. It is home away from home. Kid friendly, open grassy area with a nice pool. I like that it is not a large complex. GREAT shoreline with a small beach area you can walk to. The kids enjoyed searching rocks for little sea creatures. THE turtles are an awesome sight to see. Lovely place. Clean, well stocked kitchens Great views of Lanai and Molokwai.

    This is the 2nd time I rented unit 101. It is a great spot and comfortable. We meet the owner when my son lived there, so we are happy to stay in their unit. We love cooking on the Weber grills. It is great having a full size kitchen. Just sitting on the lanai drinking coffee is great. I saw some of the most beautiful sunsets. I will probably be back in a couple of years.

    Being right next to the water and hearing the waves and seeing lots of turtles and a beautiful coastline with beautiful sunsets.. What else can we ask for? We got married 10 years ago at that exact spot that you're showing on your picture. Your condo is really cute, the only thing that I would suggest is to purchase better mattresses.

    Spend 10 days in condo 101 over Thanksgiving. Location was beautiful and the condo had everything that you could need. Right next to ocean (maybe 50 feet). Some nights the waves were a little loud but it was wonderful to listen to the ocean. Would go back in heart-beat. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and the there was a wonderful friendly atmosphere between everyone staying at the location. Highly recommend!!

    We spent 12 days at the Polynesian Shores in Maui. Breathtaking views, unit 101, the absolute best, but they all have gorgeous views. The property was spotless, clean, well manicured and taken care of. The workers and those that live on the premises are all very nice, friendly and helpful. We vacationed with our 2 1/2 year granddaughter. Felt very safe and comfortable with her having fun on grass, around the pool, tide pools (of course with adult supervision at all times). But very nice. So much to offer on 1 property. Clean Beach with reefs everywhere (turtles galore), fish, tide pools, view (amazing), swimming pool, beach toys and some beach toys. We had a great time and we will return again and we will stay at the Polynesian Shores. Loved it!

    We had a nice vacation in PS 101. Spent 10 days enjoying sun and surf. Unit is in great location and spacious. 1st floor units hear 2nd floor noise. Unit was clean and stocked with necessary supplies, cookware, etc. We could have used boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas but worked it out.
