Welcome to Polynesian Shores 120. This condo sleeps up to four guests, with a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The pleasant island-style furnishings and fully equipped kitchen provide an environment where guests can feel comfortably at home. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from your lanai, perfect way to start your day! Come enjoy your Maui vacation!

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....
Polynesian Shores is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious mean on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We are family friendly resort. We also have free parking for each condo, free internet, and an onsite laundry room, bring your own laundry soap & quarters. This is a smoke/vape free property.

WHERE ARE WE...
Our property is direct oceanfront property with unobstructed ocean views, located between the beautiful resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Honokowai, is special little neighborhood, many people pass by and wave a "shaka" at you! You can walk to local bars, restaurants, and Farmers Market Maui, which sells fresh organic local produce. A large times market and a food truck park. There's places to rent beach gear, mopeds, all within walking distance. We are close to several beach parks and world famous golf courses, located both up and down the coast. Only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka'anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island. Closer to your check in date you will be sent instructions for check in.

COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER...
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

  We stayed in Unit #120, which was space enough for 4 people. We brought along a blow up mattress so that our teenagers could sleep separately and not have to share the pull out couch. It was a great stay! It was so nice to have the kitchen/supplies to have breakfast & lunch at the unit. We used the grills a few nights and it was very nice to have that option. The kitchen was fully stocked. The unit had enough linens and high quality beach towels. My only complaint is that the unit was advertised as being space/supplies for 4 people but there were only 3 beach chairs. So there was always one person who had to do without. Other than that, I would highly recommend Polynesian Shores and Unit 120!

  This wasn’t our first rodeo at Polynesian Shores and for good reason! My wife and I have been vacationing here for years. We like to stay in the lower units as it is just a short walk from our lanai to beautiful lawn filled gardens right on the ocean. Depending on what time of year you might arrive, you have a good chance of seeing whales swimming by. In the morning there are always turtles swimming near shore. There’s a nice pool and hot tub to relax at with plenty of chairs and tables. In the same area there are several barbecues if you decide to jest in. The rooms are very nice, with full kitchens and each unit decorated differently. Polynesian Shores is close to grocery stores, shopping and some of the best restaurants. Some of the best beaches for snorkeling, and if your into golfing, great courses. Maui has a lot to offer, but this is our favorite side of the island to stay. Polynesian Shores staff are great and a available if needed. It’s peaceful and a great place to make new friends. I almost forgot, the best sunsets we’ve had the pleasure of seeing. That is why we keep coming back! Mahalo!

  Great Location. Spotted Whales, dolphins and turtles from the beach. Close to groceries and snorkelling spots. Condo was comfy and clean. Corner location meant we had shade on patio all day and condo didn't heat up.

  Polynesian Shores #120 was a wonderful place to stay. It was in great condition with all the kitchen and bathroom updates you'd expect. The location is spot on and you can easily walk in either direction to stores, and restaurants. All within 1.5 miles. The unit was the cleanest of all four properties I've stayed in on Maui. The reservation process was simple and efficient. Same with check in/check out. At times you lose track of your mornings by whale watching from the lanai. This was my first time staying at Polynesian Shores and would definitely recommend it to others.

  We returned to Polynesian Shores where we had been away for several years due to international travels during our winters. Our first stay at Polynesian Shores was 34 years ago when we were married in the Catholic Church in Lahaina. Since then we had been coming back off and on.
  
  It is a great place for active retirees and young families. We love Maui and particularly West Maui.
  
  This trip is was particularly enjoyable after being away for a few years. We found the buildings and grounds had recently received major renovation and are in excellent condition. Individual units are privately owned and are maintained by the owners but to be in the rental pool they must maintain specific standards. We have stayed in several over the years and all were good. Great staff and well managed. Clean units. Weather cooperated for a great experience once again.

  We loved our condo! We absolutely loved that it was a smaller complex, yet the grounds were clean, beautiful, and well maintained. Then there was the view from our patio... which entailed a clear view of the clear blue waters of the Pacific Ocean with tiki torches at the forefront! Polynesian Shores nailed it! The condo itself was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed to enjoy a 5 day stay in Maui, including a full kitchen, bathroom, patio, TV, king bed, and modern interior. Planning on making an annual visit to Polynesian Shores! The one minute complaint I have, is that the bathroom counter was small and made it hard keep toiletries atop.

  We visited Hawaii for a family reunion and wedding. The activities took place in Wailea at a more expensive facility, Ekahi Village. We found Polynesian Shores to have a much more hospitality oriented staff, the bath linens were superior, it was as simple as availability of bath soap, shampoo and more than 1 roll of toilet paper.... the little things eliminated a need to lose time at the pool to find a store.

  My husband and I loved the decor and the condo was spotless. The bed was more comfortable than our one at home. We loved the location and grounds and seeing turtles in the water right in front of the property. We would definitely stay here again. One small thing was that there was no pantry so we had to buy more supplies than we could use up. Some cooking oil and condiments would have been nice.

  The condo was exactly as represented in pictures and words. Lovely renovated kitchen, open concept to living room, large slider out back with beautiful view of the pool, sea, and neighboring island. Easy access out slider to well manicured grounds, the pool, the sea (slider has good security features as well). Quiet and relaxing, well maintained grounds and friendly neighbors. Loved the blooming Plumeria trees and bird of paradise plants! Sea turtles on the beach, snorkeling area just steps away (although access is via a somewhat slippery ladder and it takes some strength to pull yourself back up; perfectly fine if you're in relatively good physical shape). Tiki torches at night, several well-maintained BBQ grills for condo use, benches for gazing at the view. Great location close to charming Lahaina and Hwy 30. Binder in condo had great tips for activities. Owners were very responsive to inquiries prior to arrival. Did not need additional assistance once we were there, however I'm sure they would have responded right away if we had any questions or concerns.

The property was always in excellent condition, kudos to Ron and his constant attention to detail and willingness to do what was asked and needed.   Probably THE most beautiful location imaginable! We had the best vacation, all in all, that we have ever had. Weather perfect, turtle sightings each day, gorgeous sunsets, relaxing atmosphere. Memories made that will stay with us forever. I said this was going to be my last trip to Hawaii, because it is so far (we live in Ohio). But Maui keeps calling me back! Maybe someday.

  I rented a 1bd condo just for myself. There was a pull out couch as well. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to do any cooking. I went for a wedding, and many people I knew were also staying there, giving the place a nice community vibe. The other guests that I did not know were all very friendly. When I arrived, there was a welcome basket that included a fresh pineapple, which I ended up grilling at one of the 3 BBQ's near the pool. The only drawback is that, while there is a private beach area that guests can swim and play in, you need to go to another beach for surfing or bodysurfing.
  Golf- this place is right between Kaanapali and Kapalua = perfect!
  I would still recommend this place and would go back.
