A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO.....
Welcome to Polynesian Shores 117. From the living room and lanai you will enjoy panoramic ocean views and nightly sunsets, as well as sweeping views of the grounds and pool. This condo sleeps up to four guests and has a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It is comfortably furnished with tropical furnishings and updated appliances in the kitchen. For indoor entertainment, two cable TVs, and a DVD/CD player are provided. This condo stays cooler than most as it stays shaded and doesn't get direct sun. Come spend your Maui vacation in our tropical splendor. Free parking and internet!

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY...
All of our Condos are oceanfront!!!!
Each has a private lanai with a breathtaking view of our vast Pacific Ocean.
All of our condos have fully equipped kitchens. There are washers and dryers on site for your convenience, bring quarters and your own detergent. We have a beautiful pool and hot tub. Three gas barbeques for grilling. There is cable TV, Wi-Fi, free parking and many individual amenities to make your condo “home away from home” while on Maui! This is a non smoking/ vaping property.

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island. Closer to your check in date you will be sent instructions for check in.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. Snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of the cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forest you would be hard pressed to view on foot.   We had another amazing trip to Maui. We have stayed in unit 117 multiple times because it has been perfect for us. We love having the connection to the ocean so easily. We plan our days to be back for the amazing sunsets. It is a small complex and have always enjoyed visiting with other travelers. The grounds are lovely and the unit has everything you need. We don’t go out for many meals as we love cooking and this place has everything you need to cook. The outside grills are well maintained and the seating outside while you grill make it comfortable to grill and enjoy a cocktail. We absolutely love it here!

  We have stayed at Polynesian Shores multiple times over the past 10 years. We absolutely love it here. Great location, walking distance to the market, coffee shop, fish market and a few restaurants. The unit is always extremely clean and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you need! We made breakfast most mornings and sat out on the lanai and watched the whales. It’s a small resort with a nice pool, BBQ’s and beautiful grounds. Very relaxing! It has a designated parking space which is awesome and coin operated laundry on site (we no longer have to check a bag.) Bree in the office is great! We will definitely be back again!

  Polynesian Shores is a wonderful rental in the perfect location on Maui. Minutes away from local beaches that are excellent for Snorkeling or sunning yourself. Also close to Lahaina and Kanapaali. During whale season, you can see whales from the premises. Recently renovated hot tub, gas grills on property, and immaculate landscaping. The rental units have full kitchens and the grills are for any guest to use. Highly recommend, the price is right and facilities are great!

  As always the property was amazing. The improvements like the new flooring and the bathroom were amazing. We really liked staying there. The grounds were immaculate as always. The new improvements around the pool were very nice. The only downside was the noise from some of the other vacationers. That was new to us. Kids screaming at night.

  This condo was in a very convenient location to many excellent snorkeling locations. We were able to watch whales any time from our patio, they were eveywhere during our visit. This ground floor unit gives you a home feel instead of the busy resort hotels that are as tall as 15 stories down the road. You can access all of those resturants and shops and still go back to your and relax at your laid back condo. We rented a car for the week and a dedicated parking spot right outside our door was very nice. The property manager Bree made it easy to get into the condo even though we came in on a late flight. They email you all the information for the condo and code to get in. This was our first trip to Maui and it won't be our last and we will be staying here again. Great trip

  We enjoyed the contactless ease of check-in, having a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals, and the convenient location. The condo was clean plus there were ample cleaning supplies left for our use. The kitchen could use some hot pads and a bigger frying pan, but otherwise it was well stocked. We also purchased and left behind a whisk broom and dust pan, as sand tends to find its way in from the beach. One day we came home to find a light fixture had fallen from its screws on the ceiling, and was hanging by its wires. We notified management of this, but it was not addressed before our departure. Overall, I would stay here again. We really enjoyed the close proximity to several beaches and shopping options.

  The unit was lovely with the newly renovated kitchen. The furniture is comfortable, bed is wonderful. There are no spices so bring your own. We love the grounds and swimming pool and have rented this or other units for many years. I would like the small bush next to the patio to be trimmed down more to see the view better.

  Overall we had a pleasant experience! Condo was clean but could use some updates - carpets and furniture are dated. There is also too much furniture making it a little cluttered. The view isn’t straight on but you can see the ocean from the unit. The grounds were well kept and the pool, while small, was great. Bree was great. Lots of wonderful friendly people at the complex. A good mix of all ages. Our 2 kids had a blast and there were others for them to play with. I would recommend this complex and unit!

  We spent 9 days in this condo at the Polynesian Resort in Jan. 2016. The condo was very comfortable and well furnished and equipped. The view from the linai and access from the condo to the pool, ocean and barbeque area was great. The pictures with the condo are accurate. We had WIFI problems for several days and went without internet coverage. The owners and complex manager tried to have it fixed but couldn't until our last 3 days there. There was also no beach gear available except for 2 towels

  Well appointed Condo with beautiful views of the oCean. Although there's no air conditioning and the carpets need steam cleaning or replacement, it's a beautiful condo with updated kitchen perfect for cooking meals to Dave some money and easy access to the beach. The grounds are well maintained. Laundry facilities are right by the office. Close to markets and not too far from Front Street and Lahaina. The first night we found ants and black beetle - like pests inside but after the manager provided repellant the bugs were gone.

  We like it here, Didn't particularly like the location of 117, but the condo itself was very nice. 2 problems in the bathroom were never resolved tho' reported when we got there and not resolved when we left 30 days later. Very hard to turn on shower and the plug in bathroom sink didn't nwork. We probly won't stay in 117 again because although the ocean view is wonderful, that's all you can see--the grounds, gardens, and pool are concealed because of bushes and srubery. I love Julia--she is a terrific leader, very friendly and congenial. Don't ever let her quit! Great location!

  The property is right by the ocean affording a great view of the ocean with lots of whale watching opportunity (at the right time of year), very well maintained grounds with a nice swimming pool, great sunsets and BBQ's.
  The condo units are older but most have been upgraded and improved, we were in a ground floor 1BR unit which is nice for access to the grounds but there is considerable noise from people in the unit above.
  The property managers responded promptly when the kitchen sink faucet developed a leak and replaced it quickly.
  The condo is located in an area that has plenty of attractions and beaches a short drive away, while markets, restaurants and coffee shops are in walking distance.

  The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. It was a perfect space for two people and we found it convenient to the attractions of the island. It is not air conditioned which was not a problem for our November visit but might be in the summer. The only issue we had was that outside there was no privacy and noise from surrounding units drove us inside on occasion.
