A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO....
Welcome to Polynesian Shores 124. This condo sleeps four with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor location provides easy access to the pool, the ocean, and the gardens. It's great for entertaining. The pleasant island style furnishings and fully equipped kitchen provide an environment where guests can feel comfortably at home. For your indoor entertainment pleasure, cable TV. The large lanai is a marvelous place for relaxing or dining. Come enjoy paradise in #124!

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....
Polynesian Shores is a beautiful oceanfront resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious mean on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We are family friendly resort. We also have free parking for each condo, free internet, and an onsite laundry room, bring your own laundry soap & quarters. This is a smoke/vape free property.

WHERE ARE WE...
Our property is direct oceanfront property with unobstructed ocean views, located between the beautiful resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Honokowai, is special little neighborhood, many people pass by and wave a "shaka" at you! You can walk to local bars, restaurants, and Farmers Market Maui, which sells fresh organic local produce. A large times market and a food truck park. There's places to rent beach gear, mopeds, all within walking distance. We are close to several beach parks and world famous golf courses, located both up and down the coast. Only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka'anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER...
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

  Polynesian Shores is an ideal place. It is a small community of locals that live there and guests renting. Gathering at sunset at the grill, hot tub or tables and benches along the water help create the community feeling. Small beaches to the left or right of Poly Shores' are accessible for snorkeling and turtle sightings. These wonderful turtles rest on the beach daily, inspiring awe and delight from a respectful distance. The condo is comfortable, well stocked and has a great view. We ate our meals on the back porch looking at the ocean. Both the bed and the pull-out couch bed are comfortable, sheets are soft.. The administration was wonderful and responsive any time we contacted them.

  We only stay at Polynesian Shores when coming to Maui. The U shaped complex with pool in the middle and ocean front cannot be beat. There is a private beach accessible from both the left and right sides. We saw turtles daily and whales almost everyday (if in season which is Nov to April). The resort is immaculately kept and stunning! We don’t ever go anywhere else. Planning out next trip soon!

  We loved the location, the pool and friendly fellow visitors. Only issue was the bedroom TV was missing, LOL. But nice larger one in living room.
  Kitchen had the basics and was clean.
  Nice fluffy bath towels.
  Loved the nightly lighting of the tiki torches, and a wonderful view sitting on the garden benches. Pretty lawn and landscaping.
  The patio table and chairs were our fave spot to have a snack and enjoy the passing sailboats and paddlers.

Beautiful sunsets every night, turtles on the beachfront, swimming pool and lawn area for bbqs and kids to play. Felt intimate and safe. A beautiful setting to wake up to each day. The units contained everything we needed for our family of four and it was great to be able to visit our relatives at neighbouring units throughout the week. Easy check in and check out. We loved being in West Maui but a rental car is required to explore Maui properly. Would highly recommend Polynesian Shores and would come again.

  We were very happy with the Polynesian Shores! We love the smaller buildings, the pool, plus the ocean view, etc. The windows in the condo could have been cleaner. Maybe some remodeling as far as windows and/or air conditioning. Unit 124 could use a tea kettle. Could have added cold water each evening or morning to the pool.

  This was our 2nd stay at Polynesian Shores in Lahaina, Maui. We returned because of the location and fond memories from our 1st visit in 2015. This 2nd visit wasn't as great as the 1st, but still pleasant. The Polynesian Shores complex is getting dated and in need of upgrades. Not sure why the bed in our condo is more than 3 ft. high, but it makes getting in and out difficult. The area in general lacks sidewalks and walking paths. As always, the weather was great!

  This was our second time to P-shores. The people are nice. We like the location best when the weather is good on the west side. The unit is in a nice location by the pool, has a sweet ocean view, and has nice decor. I would recommend it. The unit could use updating on the patio door and windows, pillows, and I highly recommend installing hooks for swim suits....people seem to be hanging them in a location that is damaging the bath tiles.

  Love this place! We’ve been here twice and both were great vacations. Location is very low key and staff is very friendly. Three stars for general condition due to some necessary construction (we were offered a reduction and declined) and excessive water pressure in the shower which emptied the hot water heater crazy-quick. Neither were huge issues, just inconveniences.

  My family stayed in unit 124 while in Maui and I cannot say enough good things about it. The entire experience while staying in Polynesian Shores made us feel like we were coming home every night as the residents and other guests started to feel like long time friends. The unit itself was perfectly well kept and vey clean. The beach right beside the condos was beautiful and quiet, with turtle sightings almost a guarantee. The residents on the property are very welcoming and helpful. We are already looking forward to the next time we can stay there again!

  The staff (Jeff, Bre etc) were outstanding, receptive and warm as always. Grounds were well maintained, bar b q's cleaned each day, pool was sparkling. Jeff paid close attention to who was on the grounds making our stay safe and secure. Quite and feels like a slice of heaven when we are there.

  I couldn't get the light in the bedroom fan to go on. The sprinklers outside the sliding door need to be adjusted, they spray inside the house about 2 feet if the sliding door is open at 10pm. Also the white floor fan in the closet doesn't work.
  Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

  Loved the condo, decor, furniture & supplies all fine. Two of us shared, bed was fine, sofa bed should probably be replaced soon or a foam pad of at least 2" provided. Know that may be hard to do as it should NOT be folded up in the daytime but it would improve the quality of sleep on the sofa bed enormously. Lover the views, especially of the turtles! Very friendly atmosphere except for the bird Nazi! Nothing in the big binder of rules regarding giving the friendly birds toast crumbs, but got throughly shouted at on 1st morning by some woman in the pool! How were we supposed to know? Had read the whole binder, zilch re no feeding the birds.
  Binder also says that way more stuff can be recycled than really can be. No paper at all & no plastic except bottles.

  The staff were very knowledgable, friendly and responded to concerns and needs making our stay very pleasant. The location is excellent. We liked that it was a smaller condo complex right on the ocean. It was quite in the evenings, easy to find a chair poolside during the day or along the ocean for sunset. The condo was overall clean, stocked to meet most cooking needs and other creature comforts. The mattress on the bed is probably in need of replacement soon. We are coming back. It felt like home and we left feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you for a wonderful time and our home away from home.

  It was our second time at Polyneasion Shore and we had a fantastic time again. The condo is clean and had everything we need. Fully stocked kitchen was amazing. Amazing sunset viewing!! Everything was within reach for us: pool, beach and great snorkeling with Turtles!

  My experience was very nice except for the this very irritating noise coming from the pipes in room 124. It was a high pitched noise that was happening about every 2 mins or more. I was not in the room that much so it was ok but as soon as people in the complex started waking up around 545am, it started. I would still recommend this condo but i dont want other people to have experience that noise.

  We were there to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary, on Feb. 8th. We were married on the deck at sunset[ we miss the deck]. We have returned about 9 times over the last 39 years and will come back again. It's like coming home. Always very clean and the people so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  I rented Poly Shores 124 as a gift for my step-niece as a wedding present. She was married at Kapalua Beach and only had one night to spend with her husband before heading back to the mainland. They loved the condo. Very nicely appointed and nice ocean view. Clean and updated decor. Thanks

  The view was great with a beautiful sunset at our doorstep and turtles in the water near by.
  We attended an island wedding and did two inter island tours and the road to Hana tour on Maui. The luau was fantastic. It was a fun and busy vacation.
