Polynesian Shores 209. This condominium located on the coast of West Maui at Polynesian Shores has updated bathrooms, new beds, couch and other new items. Also, the ceiling has insulation for cooling to go along with the ceiling fans mixed with cross breeze from the ocean. You wont be disappointed if you book here!

This condo comfortably sleeps six guests, with queen-sized beds in both bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo's pleasant island style furnishings and fully equipped kitchen provide an environment where guests can feel comfortably at home. From the living room and lanai, you will enjoy beautiful ocean views, as well as sweeping views of the grounds and pool. For indoor entertainment, cable TV and a DVD/CD player are provided. Enjoy your Maui vacation in #209.


A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....
We are a beautiful family resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious meal on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We also have free parking for each condo, free internet. Onsite laundry room, you can download an app on your phone or you can purchase a laundry card from the card kiosk. This is a smoke/vape free property.

We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island. Closer to your check in date you will be sent instructions for check in.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. Snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of the cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forest you would be hard pressed to view on foot.   Location is beautiful, property management was helpful and professional, condo unit was clean and well appointed, (refrigerator doors could/should be swapped to open the other way). Outdoor area, beautiful and beautifully maintained. No bad days. Loved it.

We do wish, since you stayed over 7 nights you would have allowed us to do our cleaning that we offered due to extra dust in the area as the linens were not useable after your departure. The couch had a large red dirt stain that was professionally cleaned. Also noting you gave only 4 stars for cleanliness, this could have changed that factor. We strive for the perfect stay with our guests.

  This place is seriously heaven. We’ve stayed here twice in different units and will stay here every time. The location is perfect— a 5 min drive to Whaler’s Village (shopping/dining) but without any of the touristy resort feel. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. The grounds, pool, hot tub, grill area are immaculate. We explored the tide pools in front of the complex every day and watched the sunset with the sea turtles that come up on the sand in the evening. The unit itself was perfect for 2 couples to stay, with each of us having our own level and bathroom. We would totally stay here with our kids, too. The beds and pillows were comfortable and it was very clean. Contactless check in/out was convenient, coin operated laundry was nice. During whale season you can watch whales right outside!

  Our stay at Polynesian shores was much too short. We arrived to a Welcome Ohana envelope that contained information about the property and our room key. Our room was clean and welcoming and the lanai overlooked the ocean and pool. We were steps away from Hawaiian green sea turtles who visited us daily. We had a well supplied kitchen and prepare many of our meals for our family of 4 in the condo. There were also very nice grills we could have used adjacent to the pool. We were a short drive from a natural grocery several restaurants and a variety of food trucks that opened each night. The kids loved the pool and swam every night while we lounged and took in views of the ocean. I especially liked that the property was smoke and vape free and this was enforced. We lost our key one day and were able to get a replacement almost immediately despite the office being closed for the weekend. We met many families that come back year after year. This place is special.

  Our family recently stayed at this property on Maui and couldn't have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The property was picturesque, parking easy (and free) and close to beaches and restaurants. The upstairs loft did get warm as there is no AC in the unit but the fans did a good enough job of keeping us comfortable. The office manager Brie was extremely nice and very helpful. We had a late check in after the office was closed but everything went so smoothly. I would highly recommend staying at this property with your family.

  Great condo, well appointed and clean. Snorkeling out front was a turtle delight, we actually had a hard time getting in because of the turtle traffic. Condo is in a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the big resorts, quite and relaxing. Couple of draw backs were the condo gets really warm almost impossible to get the upstairs cooled even at night, also the lack of any condiments or other cooking ingredients, there was, salt, pepper, sugar and oil, but that was it. Staff we met were excellent, friendly and helpful.

  We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and out or the high traffic resorts. It was great to leave in the morning and come back to the condo in the pm. The beach was great, we used it every day. There were sea turtles there all the time.
  The only down side is the lack of air conditioning. The warm weather made the loft unusable in the afternoon and early evening. Would be 5stars all the way with a portable a/c. We will go back.

  It was a great condo option if you don't want the large resort crowds. Nice clean rentals, good pool and a nice small beach to snorkel from. Close to larger beaches and all the shopping one would want. People were very nice and it's a 100% non-smoking property! Would do it again. Only items to considered is that it's a Condo, not a house, and you have neighbors that can be noisy. It also does not have air conditioning, so the first day or two you will need to adjust during the hot and humid months.

  Our trip to Maui was somewhat a last minute 7 weeks for our niece's surprise wedding. We arrived at the property well after dark tired and frazzled from our all day journey from the east coast. when we awoke in the morning we were greeted with a most spectacular view of Lanai, after morning coffee we strolled to the beach were greeted by 3 turtles, we quickly put o our snorkel gear and ventured out, the water was still a little murky from the previous hurricane ad yes we were aware of the recent rise in shark attacks but it was still awesome. over the 3 days we saw as many as 15 turtles, we enjoyed surfing and swimming just south of the condo. Everything would could have needed was provided and we enjoyed the accommodations tremendously, my only request would be is for some large curtains for the sliding door on the lanai, it would get rather warm with the setting sun in the afternoon if we were gone and hade the slider closed.
